COUNTER STRIKE ERROR?

So I just began playing counter strike: source and I get this error message saying "Incorrect frame rate reading" and kicks me out of the game but not out of the source screen...anyone know how to fix it?
 
Try hitting F10 after you join a game,, hahaha don't you hate it when people tell you to do that?
