COUNTER STRIKE ERROR?

So I just began playing counter strike: source and I get this error message saying "Incorrect frame rate reading" and kicks me out of the game but not out of the source screen...anyone know how to fix it?

Try defraging HDD

Try hitting F10 after you join a game,, hahaha don't you hate it when people tell you to do that?

actually word for word the error says, "Disconnect: Process usercmds: Incorrect reading frame(ch. " WTF?

Just Google the error message. The first result says to downgrade your router firmware. Do you have a BEFSR41 router?

"The problem is caused by older and newer firmware's of this router, if you are using 11 or 41 you need to use the 1.45.7 firmware.
