So I need money, BADLY, and am thinking of becoming a sperm donor. If I were to incorporate, could I be a corporation that donates sperm? I'm dead serious, like could I take deductions for porno, baby oil, etc. If so, how exactly would this work? Please serious replies only

No, you have to do this through a clinic. And these clinics don't just take anybody's sperm, you have to have good genes. People don't want some fat load's who has a family history of diabetes and heart trouble (I'm not saying this is you, it's just an example). People select sperm based off of the donor so they can be more likely to get the traits they want.
 
You wouldnt make enough money doing it to pay for the expense of incorporating, or to be taxed enough where writeoffs matter.

If had oil I could sell for $50 per gallon, it wouldn't do much good if all I could produce is a few paltry teaspoons per day.

I think this business plan fails at the ground floor level. :laugh:

That's the BEST part....there's NO cancer in my family. There's NO heart disease. There's NO diabetes, or any other disease. I can't even tell you what the average life span in my family is because too many of my relatives are ancient and still alive. My grandfather was carrying around refridgerators on his back when he was 85.

It's cheap to incorporate out of nevada. So I'd rent a PO box, paid for monthly by a single day's (or less) 'donation'. I was also thinking of doing it at several banks in several cities. (I produce MASSIVE amounts of sperm).
 
I think the more serious question is would the protections afforded to a corporation protect you from the child support suits?

Then find a clinic and ask them if you're eligible. They pay around $40-50 per 'donation' but lots of places have limits as to how many times you can donate per week.
