Actually, no...you can get a gig of OCZ value vx that come with BH-5 for 90..so this isn't all that hot now...

Hacp is right. The only plave I could find the "real" value VX is Monarch & they are charging $141! The difference is a "W" in the model number - the real VX has "OCZ4001024WV3DC-K" (Monarch) and the one NewEgg & the others are selling is "OCZ4001024V3DC-K".
Now, having said that, does anyone know what the differences between them are? BH-5 vs CH-5? Is the NewEgg one as good as the Monarch one?

That RAM has me scratching my head, it makes NO sense! That is the same RAM but it runs at slower CAS 3 and costs more. It's been around as long as this thread and, IMO, is a total rip-off.....stay away from it! Stick with the CAS 2.5 modules linked in this thread.
