the only thing that bothers me is they blurred out the license plates.

That chain link fence has got to be secured at the top and broken along the sides and bottom so that the car simply blows through the fence. The fence drags up over the car as the car passes under it, then falls back down into place. It's entirely feasible and most likely since "ghost cars" don't exist.

That was my first thought.

That guy probably wondered why the cop stopped chasing him.
Who knew all it took was a chain link fence and a dumb cop? ;)

By watching the movements of the other car, I'm fairly sure this is an elaborate prank. Cops have been known to haze one another before, though they usually stay within the rule of law to do it.

A white Crown Victoria with an abnormally skilled driver, and abnormally good performance (you'll note that the car with the camera was matching it 1:1) , disspearing through what could only be a pre-prepared chain link fence, on a night with less than ideal visibility and DEAD NO traffic..

the officers refer to the fence as being "seemingly intact"

if the fence was secure, this would be very hard to figure out. unless the car hopped the fence, which is even more unlikely.

anyways, props to the driver who got away, for their mad skills.

The "ghost car" pulls to the left before the police car, and once the police car turns to the left it is a bit further up than the car. The fence line seems to slope down to the left, near the area where the car went through. I am thinking he just smashed through the fence, and then someone took this clip and dubbed over it.

That's the voice of the CourtTV dude on that show. I haven't seen that particular episode, but that's the right announcer.

Then maybe it was a certain delorean ;)

Except that it was clearly a 1-2 gen old Crown Victoria or Grand Marquis.

Hey if it can dissapear who says it cant shape shift?

It was probably a Delorean but it projected the IMAGE of being a Crown Vic/Grand Marquis to throw off the cops. The driver obviously knew that they had seen the Back to the Future trilogy by using his mind control/memory reading powers.

He goes under the fence...even in the video you can see the fence falling back into place...
