That chain link fence has got to be secured at the top and broken along the sides and bottom so that the car simply blows through the fence. The fence drags up over the car as the car passes under it, then falls back down into place. It's entirely feasible and most likely since "ghost cars" don't exist.

Yep, swore I saw the fence shake as he passed through it.

By watching the movements of the other car, I'm fairly sure this is an elaborate prank. Cops have been known to haze one another before, though they usually stay within the rule of law to do it.

A white Crown Victoria with an abnormally skilled driver, and abnormally good performance (you'll note that the car with the camera was matching it 1:1) , disspearing through what could only be a pre-prepared chain link fence, on a night with less than ideal visibility and DEAD NO traffic..

Not a fvcking chance, and its no ghost car either.

Agreed;
near me a new fence was installed, at Oakwood Cemetery;
which has a top, and Bottom rail
to secure the fence, and keep people from crawling under the fence.

i bet it was a cop hazing a new cop. I've heard that they like to do this...try and outrun them in the middle of the night on a deserted road, just to test the new guy.

That would suck royally if he hit the wrong section of the fence that wasnt detached.

You see that the "ghost car" goes at a different road then the cop at the end. the care went about 10 o clock but the cop went 12 o clock. And what other people said ether there was an opening or he hit it and it went back down. Maybe he had another person open a gate and close it.

or if you watch real closly you can see the fence on the top left side is lower then the other side Probly b/c he went through the fence.

Simpsons did it!

Marge: We can't trick these guys. They are highly trained professionals!

(Ruth turns off the car lights.)

Chief Wiggum: Oh my god, it's a ghost car!
<slams on brakes>
There are ghost cars all over these highways you know!

Homer: Hold me!

Wiggum: Only if you hold me!
