Failing to file reports, stealing evidence, whatever- that's one thing. It's not my job to charge him for whatever those things get. Let the locals there in lib-town do their jobs.No body is saying kill the officer. No one cares about the marijuana in particular. The supposed "outrage" is that a cop can steal from the office and then not be charged. Now, the article is poorly written and is premature saying there will be no charges. There may once the investigation is over. However if this cops does get off for stealing from the department then that is not a good thing.
The fact that it's MJ, I couldn't care less about. That's the issue.
