Yes, it does provide more information, and she did have an attitude, but it is still a bit extreme.

#1) She deserved it. Treat our law enforcement with respect -- get respect back.
#2) Cop was fully in his rights to shock her once, and twice as I see it.
#3) Stupid bitch going to sue? This is one of the only reasons america sucks.
#4) Next time she gets pulled over, she is probably going to "run" and kill someone. I mean, she didnt even have a damn license. I say if you are going to have that kind of attitude, you should be put in the fvcking clink with the others.

Sad thing is, what do you think would have happened if the cops dragged her out of the car and while she resisted, she cracked her head open
on the door jamb or something?
Then they'd be getting sued, plus they ran the risk of personal injury themselves.
I love how professional the cop was the whole time....he didn't get upset or anything, he was just matter-of-fact during the incident.
