I'm using win98 and each day I routinely flush all cookies except the Index File which windows will not let you delete. I've been told that over a period of time, say 2 years, this file can be overbloated causing
system problems. The only problem is I'm not familiar enough in DOS to cleanup this file.
Does anyone know the exact command prompts in DOS to handle this situation?
