"Republicans captured the majority of the "popular vote" for the House on Election Day, collecting about 56.3 million votes while Democrats got about 53.2 million, according to USA TODAY calculations. With a few races still undecided, Republicans so far hold a 239-193 majority for the next Congress."

Senate "popular vote" went to the Democrats this time because there wasn't a GOP candidate in California.

In any case, the Democrat Party has been getting pasted since 2010, there can be no denying it.

So it's been 6 years. You'd think with Republicans controlling Congress at the Federal level, most of the Governorships and State Legislatures we'd all be doing wonderful by now. Are you trying to tell me that one man, Obama, stopped all that progress? Pray, do tell.

If someone is as terrible of a criminal as her, surely it's the moral obligation of the righteous to put her behind bars.
And Trump should be impeached for preventing justice from being done. It can't be there's not enough evil there to convict. There cam be no doubt that she's paying him off.

Which is why Dems won six seats in the HOR-

And two in the Senate-

It's not like Dems were clobbered at the state level, either-

The electorate will likely be sick of Repub bullshit in 4 years, maybe only 2.

Their promises. I don't think they can deliver.

Who else but American Christians would vote in the Anti-Christ. I wouldn't count on living to see those elections, personally.

Wake me when someone moral or righteous is leading this country.

I think the exhaustive investigations demonstrated she didnt do anything criminal. Incredibly stupid perhaps, but she's already paid the price for that.

Don't tell me you're reluctant to believe in the religious right's moral convictions. Or the fiscal conservatives' principled stand against the coming trillion dollar base-building spree.

Just look at the numbers of the losses the Democrats have sustained over a period of 3 or 4 elections, it is undeniable that these losses have occurred. A lot of good all that gerrymandering have done the GOP when they get more popular house votes and lose seats. haha

That is a completely idiotic interpretation of what I wrote. I wasn't making anything like that kind of argument.

Shifting the argument because I'm right is noted however.

And why they have continued to get their asses kicked in State Legislatures (historic low of control), governorships, and will likely lose the Supreme Court for decades.

They have 55% of HOR seats w/ only 51.4% of votes cast. Gerrymandering is obviously a factor.

The point was, and still is, not the majority. And, absolutely nothing you can say will change that fact.

Yeah, he won. Enjoy hanging with the nipsters.
Hillary didn't get a majority either and neither did her husband. Whether Trump won or lost my point is still valid, the Democrats have lost an awful lot of seats and governorships the last 6 years.

I never said you made that argument. Nowhere did I claim that. Try to keep up.

however I am asking you, as a dedicated minion of the right, why isn't everything just peachy keen by now? How has the Republican party, with so much power, not managed to deliver us salvation or something close to it?
