At 210 lbs, this guy would be considered a heavyweight in boxing, MMA and kickboxing. Hardly what I would call "average." At his size, he's about your "average" sized running back in the NFL. I'm not saying his height and weight are anything to be terrified about, but it's a stretch to say he's "average."

I think Arnold's competition weight was in the 220's. And he was also using steroids so he'd be lower bodyfat and have more muscle than usual.

I posted my picture a while back so people already know what I look like. Obviously I'm not Arnold, but I'm not your typical skinny forum member who doesn't lift, either.

You have lat definition through your shirt and tricep/bicep and most forearm muscles visible and not due to being overly thin.

I believe average height and weight in US is 5'10 and 185 lb. 20 years ago it was 175 lb, I believe the average is skewed by some obese 350lb men.

Happened in Upstate New York with two male Sheriff deputies in 1987. One deputy was killed and the other wounded.

I am 6' 1" and currently 220 lbs.

the pic of me is when I was 190 lbs. way back in the day. I worked out all the time and was strong as hell, but it never showed.
