Conversions between types of cardio exercises

Hi H&F, never bothered to post here but I think of myself as a fitness junkie as the rest of the people around here.

I'm sure some of us don't just center on one activity, we may move onto cycling, skating, jogging long distance, sprinting, or even walking.

Anyway, I had a thought the other day to figure out conversions of exercise amounts between types of activity done. I realize that everyone's not a one-size-fit all as our mass may differ, but for generalness' sake let's just assume it is broad advice that can be seen as a guideline.

Most of my numbers base off from personal experience. Do the conversions between these numbers look right to you? What do you think?

Moderate walking: 10 miles, up to ~150mins@ 3mph avg
Jogging: 5 miles, up to ~60mins @4-5mph avg
Biking: 14 miles, up to ~60mins @14-15mph avg
Swimming: ? miles but probably 90 mins @ moderate pace?

In what way are you trying to determine equivalence between these exercises?

* Calories burned: just use the many calculators available online
* Perceived difficulty: depends on individual fitness, efficiency and experience with the specific exercise
* Impact on fitness: depends on the kind of fitness you are going for (stamina, endurance, strength, speed, agility, heart health, etc) and your experience with the specific exercise
