err, shrink the window? Make the window bigger it looks like the bottom pic, make the window small enough..looks like the top pic again..

NOOO the tool bar is gone where it said file and help and edit and tools and crap like that, thats gone i want to know how to get it back

right click in the tool bars and uncheck lock the toolbars and then you can go crazy with it
