Seriously though, i'm not in the USA, nor am i a general contractor. I'm a sub-contractor who just recently moved from doing small residential jobs to larger commercial jobs. This is my first year in the business, so i haven't really had to deal with contracts up until now. Everything went smoothly though - we signed and i got the deposit. Only thing i forgot is putting my tax number under the tax section, but we wrote that in and initialed after.
