On the bright side, at least he excluded anal penetration from his list of demands.

These expectations don't seem that off the mark to me...
but he didn't address the sammich making requirements
I'm only half joking, though I wouldn't put it in writing there's an unspoken code of conduct in my relationships... i'd end the relationship if similar demands weren't met.

You mean you guys didn't have your wife sign one of these when you got married? I thought it was part of standard marriage paperwork?

I seriously doubt you would end a marriage if those demands weren't met, and I doubt you have the balls to make those demands of someone who you are just dating or your fiancee.
That set of "expectations" is completely absurd. The worst part is that at some point that guy thought it was a good idea to type it all up and give it to his wife! What on earth was going through his head to make him think that was a good idea?
The fact that he doesn't address cooking, cleaning, child care and rearing, etc, indicates to me that this relationship is based upon (at least from his end) a submission/dominance mindset.

You answered your own question. The guy was trying to groom a slave that would be willing to do anything he wanted. Since he is a pedophile, it isn't too surprising that he wanted a submission/dominance mindset. Probably grooming her to be okay with that too. What a sick pervert.
