Not sure if you saw that article where a black person is more likely to die under the care of a white doctor because they have no training to detect the subtle skin color changes due to the darker pigmentation.

Found this about babies: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0kpvkvr

I gather that came out in the pandemic, that those finger oxymeter things don't work very well on anyone with darker skin. Just one example of what seems to be a general problem. I mean, it's only relatively recently that medicine even attempted to be 'scientific', and it's still clearly got a long way to go (not as much as economics and psychology, though - those disciplines appear to be almost entirely driven by ideology).

In what way would your opinions expressed in this post be any different?

Did you arrive at his opinion via direct transmission from an all knowing god or did you acquire it via your lived experience? You are surely a aware that the psychology you claim to be full of ideology, and I am not saying it isn’t, also espouses the notion that humans engage in unconscious behavior often the result of repressed painful memories, but at a minimum based on past learned experiences. Do you really imagine you are aware of every factor in your past that went into the unique nature of how you see the world. What is an ideology but an opinion about how the wold and especially how people work?

I am of the opinion, bases of what I believe are proper memories garnered from older posts I’ve read of yours that you were rather badly diagnosed by psychology and it left you bitter that field. I experienced psychoanalysis with a man who could read me like a book but showed to me in my estimation of his level of inner state, a man genuinely representative of his claim that via his own experience of psychoanalysis he hat 100 % healed.

Different experiences, different ideologies, no? I fully understand and appreciate the conclusions you have drawn from the life you have lived. My past tells me that the opinions I hold are accidental and mean nothing.

When I first became aware of this I experienced what I would call a moment of enlightenment. I suddenly ceased to identity with the me I currently was imagining myself to be and experience my self as the blank blackboard on which my the story of my so-called self was writing my story. The same empty board. Ejvery5hjing is created from nothing. Are you the words or what the words are written on.,

Systemic racism? In my white country?
Next you're going to tell me doctors often treat the symptoms of all women patients with less regard!
