Sigh, again. Go find out about homeopathic dilutions. This number means it has less than .07% of arnica in it.

The industry literally lobbied for a law that prevents the FDA from forcing them to prove their health claims. Wal-mart would sell dogshit in a milk carton if there was money in it.

Apparently, voodoo here is defined as massage therapy, maybe sports or trigger point.

I don't think that's homeopathy because there is practical, tangible activities applied and results that are physically observable. Hit the trigger point in the right spot, and the muscles themselves contract, sometimes violently, until relieved.

It's just that in schooling like P.E, there is nothing related to "knots" or trigger points in muscle care, just stretching (which does help identify areas that are tight and pressure can be applied), so people go whole lives not knowing their increasing weakness is reversible. Between taking the invasive risk of surgery versus relief noninvasively.

Gorilla arm is likely the result of tight digit muscles in the forearm. The muscles are in a position of contraction far more than relaxation(i.e mouse grip), and that seizes up the muscles.

It's just that finding someone who specilaizes in such massage is not that easily.

He did a really stupid thing, trying to live off of just grapes. Ashton Kutcher tried doing the same dumb thing and got pancreatitis, just like Steve did. I don't see the relevance here unless you are saying that Steve also used herbs as medicine? If so, source?

I actually thought I remember him as having delved into homeopathy, but I can't find a decent source for that after a brief google search, so I'll just say that he leaned into alternative medicines as a whole, and it went poorly for him. By the time he opted to have surgery, it was too late.
