Show me where they're not going to be based in science. They have been instructed not to use certain words in the documents for their budget and you get all emotional and blow it all out of proportion. No fucking surprise there but really?
A science agency isn't supposed to mention science in their budget requests requests because it makes the dumbasses you support uncomfortable.
