This skyfall missile is why Putin and Trump broke the nuclear treaty some months back, it is one of Putins prioritized geopolitical goals : Mutual assured destruction. He dont need to outspend the US on hardware, he just needs a "nuke the planet" button.

Trump will do something about it, but it certainly won't be to fulfill and honor the oath of office he took at his inauguration. Instead, he will honor the obligations he acquired from using Russian rubles to keep his businesses afloat over the American people and the Constitution/Bill of Rights he swore to protect.

There have been convictions, and Mueller and DOJ have repeatedly said that they are unwilling to prosecute Individual One, as policy.

At least here in objective, observable reality.

In modern US Conservative reality made up and propagated at will by US Conservative thoughtleaders for their denizens, Trump received "Complete and Total EXONERATION" from Mueller.

This is exactly why other countries canned the design ... the exhaust is a giant dirtybomb in motion. This is what Russia calls Skyfall (remember those propaganda vids with warhead "cones" falling on Florida?) ... And Skyfall is what Putin is whispering in Trumps ear that he should buy from Russia ... To keep "the balance".

If Trump shot your family dead on the WH steps there would not be enough evidence in precisely the same way with obstruction from a criminal perspective.

Little to no fallout would be created as the reactor elements would have to be resistant to the airstream in order to function for any time. When the vehicle would eventually crash after exhausting its fuel or due to a mechanical failure, a local radiation hazard would be created by the reactor. Compared to the primary payload, the effect would not be significant.

Despite these and other successful tests, the Pentagon, sponsor of the "Pluto project", had second thoughts. The weapon was considered "too provocative",[4]and it was believed that it would compel the Soviets to construct a similar device, against which there was no known defense.
