She's a blast to the past with a vintage chiffon 'n' sequin flapper frock with a pearl rope necklace, black satin gloves and pumps. But this getup--with the prerequisite sooty eyes, cupid's bow lips and blond finger waves--makes Osbourne look like a funhouse mirror reflection of Renée Zellweger's Roxie Hart. And look at the size of that noggin! Do you think fame has gone to her head?
