Concerned about multiple small lumps

Hi All, I had few lumps in my back and lower left abdomen since last 3 years. They are movable and painless, earlier they were painful but now I didn't feel any pain. But since last month's, I am having multiple small lumps(10+) below chest, abdomen, buttock. I don't have any physical symptoms. I am quite anxious and that's why I am fatigue all the time. I have also gained around 10 lbs in last 2 months. I have fullness in the mid abdomen. Can anyone suggest what it can be?

Tom, what blood test should I opt for? And lumps can be felt upon touching, it's not visible yet from outside. My father and mother all had movable lumps, but 4 or 5.
I would get the standard metabolic panel and an A1c test just to check for insulin resistance as a potential causative agent. An OGTT(oral glucose tolerance test) can catch hidden insulin resistance as well.

Your lumps could be lipomas, but confirmation can only be done with an expert.

Also, welcome to the boards.

See an actual, qualified doctor?
Do what virtual man Larry said. It could be cancer, or it could be an allergen that you are regularly in contact with thru out the day.

Will do that. But the lumps sometimes diminishes to 1 cm, sometimes grow back again to a pea shape. I sometimes feel stabbing pain in back and shoulders

Thanks you sir! Also just below the chest I have couple of very very tiny Lumps and mild pain can only be felt on touching. And additionally, I have recently moved to a new country and with the new environment, post that I am facing this along with sinusitis and clogged nose.
