Well, I do actually use two monitors at once in a DualView setup (you can see that here http://www.aikouka.com/wow_pwnage.jpg ). I just usually talk to people on AIM or whatever when I'm playing. I also tend to prefer watching TV shows or anime on my HDTV through my media/file server rather than a small monitor... unless I'm too lazy to venture out into the great beyond that is past my room!
