Honestly, in the past I have always found him more annoying than funny but after watching him the past few nights, I am starting to like him. I still think Leno was better but I am starting to like him. The Rodeo Rd skit was pretty funny but I am most amused by the fact that he ripped off Mario for his backdrop. Here is what I am talking about.

I wouldn't be surprised by that. It's been made abundantly clear that half the posters on AT are witless goblins with little to no life experience, no sense of humor, no taste in writing or quality programming to speak of, or are simply grumpy crumudgeons passing their time defending the sanctity of their basement dwellings by dispensing cold, hard internet justice!

I would actually be shocked if only 25% of AT didn't "Get" Conan.

I prefer the nomenclature "witless kobold", if you don't mind, sir. Or possibly even"foolish hobgoblin". "Witless goblin" is right out!

I think we should still be talking about how someone thinks Larry the Cable Guy is funny. LOL.

What do you find funny? I bet half the people on AT don't find it funny either.

Woldn't surprise me... they dont understand real comedy...

but if ya must know, here's a few:

Mitch Hedberg
Ahmed Ahmend
Jim Belushi
Lewis Black
Jack Black
Alonzo Bodden
Victor Borge
Larry the Cable Guy
John Leguizamo
Kathleen Madigan
Jeff Dunham
Greg Giraldo
Phil Hartman
Gabriel Iglesias
Richard Jeni
Dave Attell
Todd Barry
Cheech Marin
Jackie Martling
Dennis Miller
Rodney Carrington
Dave Chappelle
Louis C.K.

Interesting - I find all those acts at least somewhat funny, if not completely hilarious. And I find Conan funny. I haven't been able to watch the show from China, though - anybody got a link online that's not youtube?

His format is different than it was on the Late Night Show though. On the Late Night Show, it use to me: monologue, skit, guest 1, skit, guest 2, musical guest. Now its: monologue with skit, skit, guest 1, guest 2, musical guest.

Which is better since I can just watch the first 20 minutes and skip all the TV/movie advertising.
