<< Has been posted on rage3d several times..most likely a bug with computer configurations(most commonly radeons) and internet explorer. I get 65-85% CPU Usage with IE, and about 0-3 with Opera. Using IE, right click on the giff, properties, then close..you'll notice cpu usage will then shoot back to 0. IE Bug. >>

Egads, that seems to do the trick. Thanks alot to Furor and everyone who replied in the thread
