Yup, I got me a puter Q.
Okay, so if I explain this in baby terms, sue me. It's the only way I can figure out how to explain the problem right now.
Whenever I boot my computer, most of the time my turning on the monitor and the tower gets me only an orange light on the monitor, the CD in my drive spinning, the fans inside my tower spinning, the power light on my tower lighting up, but nothing else. Period. Just plain nada. The reset button never works. It's a softboot button on the front and will never shut down the computer at critical times (my computer shuts itself off and powers down automatically when you click <start> <shut down>).
It takes my flipping off the (hard boot?) switch on the back, turning it back on, then powering back up again. Sometimes it takes repeating the proceedure once or twice to get it up and running.
I'm guessing that it's either a power supply problem, or a OS problem.
Help?
