Computer Geeks problems

Anyone know the best way to resolve problems with them? I usually
use Newegg and Mwave but computer geeks had some good deals.

I ordered a 17" Black/Silver CRT but they sent a white one?

I ordered a 10bay black window case they had on special. The
case came with a small dent and the window has scratches.

I think I can live with the case as is but what can I do about the
monitor?

3 dollar bottle of spray-paint?
 
RMA it and send it back. I would suggest calling them over emailing them. A friend of mine got a defective monitor from them and did the same thing. They sent him a new one no extra charge.
 
yup, give customer service a call in the morning. I'm sure they wont have a problem with an exchange.

So I will have to pay shipping again and be without a monitor? The monitor is heavy and will cost like $30 for me to ship probably.

 
man.... this place is ridiculous... after several emails
its still not resolved. they have not shipped me the
correct monitor yet. The want me to send the incorrect
monitor back before they send out the black/silver one.

service there needs to be fired. They can't even leave a name at
the end of emails so I know who I am talking with.

People said to call them.
 
I'd suggest calling them. Their support via email is horrendous, and your problem with not go away that way.

I bought a 21" monitor from them, was cracked in shipment, it took a complaint to my credit card company to get it resolved (although it was never really resolved.. their policy says they will replace it, they never replaced it, just refunded me after I acrewed interest on the ~$200.)

I'll never buy from them again, simply because I don't want the chance of being screwed again by the same ppl.
