Did you try installing the Cat 9.12 + Hotfix drivers? Give that a try and see what happens (uninstall the old drivers first, then install the new ones). It could be the memory, but the new driver costs nothing to try.

If it does not work, you can try "underclocking" your memory to see if the lockups stop. If they do, then it could be faulty memory. Are you sure you are giving the memory it's rated voltage? OCZ memory usually requires a bit more voltage for stability. You can check it in your bios.

hmmmm, I bumped the memory voltage from 1.5 to 1.7 and I was able to game for a little over an hour without a hiccup. I'm hoping that did the trick?
