I do not have any inside pics of that case right now. The only pics I have of it are
HERE (I modded that case a little)

see the little quote right underneath the photo of the case, "* actual product may differ" ? Folks who have been ordering from this website have been getting different style and color cases, it seems the actual chassis is whatever mid-tower ATX (from whatever vendor) for the cheapest price, they drop a PS into it (probably a Powmax branded Leadman), and ship it to you. That doesn't mean it's a bad deal, the price is right for it, you just won't be able to be guaranteed a particular style or brand of case.

If it's one of the Powmax branded cases, it'll look like this inside... link to the Compgeek page, their photos are better

Relatively decent construction, room for dual 80mm's in back and a 120mm up front, and very sensibly laid out. They just put different style and color front bezels on them, and it looks like an entirely different case. They're actually not bad, i picked up a couple of them at a computer show this weekend, and they're working out well for me. One of the best generic cases i've ever come across (it's just that the silver one they have on the Compgeeks site looks hideous).

** Edit **

Just took another look at their site, the Powmax case i was referring to is what they call their "Comet Case." Their Comet Case = the silver ATX case on Compgeeks, only with a different style and color front bezel. Oh well, i'm sure the one with the 400w this thread originally refers to isn't bad either, it would have just been that much nicer if it had been the Powmax/Comet chassis they were using for the deal.

Just the "standard" caution to all that they should read the reviews on this company at ResellersRatings.com. A "mixed bag" there. Make sure you read them all though. Just a cautionary note for those interested.

Is this case just for P4s? I just ordered a K7s5a and an XP 1600 and I need a new case/ps cause my old one is only 250 watts. Should I jump on this deal?

I have a Soyo Dragon Ultra and an AMD XP 2000+ in there with 2 Laser LEDs, 5 case fans, 1 DVD-ROM, 1 CD-RW, Floppy and one HDD.

i've ordered three times from these guys in the past two months... i have nothing but praise for them 🙂

I ordered the comet cast for $35 from them a few weeks ago. This is really a decent case for the $$. I really got pretty good service from them. I ordered on Monday and received my case on Thursday.

I've orderd twice from these guys before and went through one RMA with them. They're good guys. They don't deserve the bad rep.

I got this case for $32 shipped and for what you pay, it kicks ass. Running an ECS K7S5A, Tbird 1.4. Pretty decent, although the box looked like someone beat the snot out of it (UPS perhaps?). Case arrived in 4 days without a scratch to MN.

The LT-A06 case may have a questionable power supply. Please note that LCT Technology says "the 400 watt power supply is not an AMD approved P.S. Installing any cpu over 1.3GHz will void the warranty"🙁

I have ordered from these guys 3 times (2 cases, video card, CDROM) and haven't had any problems with them.

They even did an RMA on a power supply with no fuss.

Beware, though, don't be suprised if the case that you receive is not the same as the one pictured.
But at these prices, who cares?

Also...these cheap cases usually have some sharp edges on the interior. So, be careful installing into them.

Jeff

I ordered from them 3 times, once a full custom system, and like the others above I have just praise for them. Their prices are low and they obviously don't rip you off on shipping like most low priced companies. I always got working items and it seems they're pretty good about RMA'ing too. The friend that I ordered the system for called them twice and they picked up on the second ring and were friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly, although you never know, maybe I was lucky. It happens.

I've ordered 3 of the 300W version of this case and think they are great for the price. All three included a 400W power supply (even though I ordered 300W) and are running and L7SOM and 2 k7ama boards (all ECS boards) with XP1600+s, 128M DDR, AGP video, floppy, CDRoms (or 32 speed burner in case of the L7SOM) and hard drives from 4 to 40Gig. No trouble at all!

I paid $25.00 shipped each for the first two...and $30.00 for the third....a great price (don't know how so cheap). These cases are VERY light...I don't think it's anywhere near the 18 pounds they disclaim, but it doesn't matter.

The case has 1 location for an 80mm fan in the back and 1 for another 80mm fan in the front. Comes will a bag full of hardware including standoffs for the motherboard.

Great for the buck! 🙂
