Meh, really why bother looking for style if you are going to wear sandals? Our feet are rugged, bumpy, hairy, and for some of dudes, probably gnarly. Trying to slap something "stylish" on them is like putting flaming decals on an old station wagon.

These are the flip flops I wear. I've got a pair of Teva water sandals for fishing and discing. I had a really nice pair of Børn sandals a couple years ago, but I haven't found any new ones that I liked.

To all the 'men should never wear sandals' club: WTF?

No sandals please. Men have ugly feet which are not meant to be seen with the naked eye.

I'd just get some regular flip-flops, sandals, whatever ya wanna call em, something like Descartes linked to.

Go to walfart or target...they have some very nice leather, stylish and comfortable sandals for men.

Coming to ATOT and asking the droogs for fashion advice is like going to a golf club vendor and asking to see the line of new line of Pfaltzgraff dinnerware.

most of the momos still have their moms dress them

None of those are stylish.

Just go simple, Havaijanas, after wearing those you will never look back. If I can't do things in my Havaijanas then it's not worth doing.

I just went with some Born sandals. Ordered These the other day.

Pulled them out of the box and tried them on....oh so comfy. But I didn't like the extra frilly material along the edge so I returned them.

THEN, I came across THESE
They should be here soon. The cushioning is second to none on these sandals and they are about as manly as you can find imo.

I don't think Birkenstocks look that great, but I think they're at least acceptable. Flip flops are the only actual stylish sandal around these parts (San Diego).

Uh...real men don't wear sandals.

Cobian Flip Flops are some of the most comfortable I've ever had. They have suede straps on ones that are extremely comfortable. Like someone said, anywhere where the climate is nice year around, Flip Flops are accepted at 99% of the establishments you will enter. I've had a pair for 5 years now, and they start to form to your feet after the first week. VERY comfortable. Throw on a brown pair with white/light tan linen pants and you are excepted at the other 1% of establishments.

Oh, and the "mandals" with all the straps.....I've heard women making fun of guys for wearing them. Stick with flip flops

Suede straps? Extra padding?

Spending more then 20 bucks on a pair of flip flops is atrocious!

The best part is depending where you are in the world they have specially made ones for Brasil, Jamaica, Australia, NZ, and some other countries I have yet to discover. No American ones yet, but probably because people are too obsessed with their Rainbow and Reef flip flops.
