I wonder if AT/mods do any kind of oversight for alt/troll accounts?
AT/mods contacted both my husband and myself when I signed up. He's had an account for 10 years but has never posted though he does read the forum. They required our assurances that we wouldn't both be posting on the forum. Easily done since he's not much for talking and I talk too much. So, at least in our case they absolutely noticed two accounts with one IP address.

That is actually nice to know .. Thanks :) ... And good on AT for keeping an eye out.

Ok, but what it two AT'ers live at the same place?? Seems strange.

My ten year old wanted to sign up, but I didn't want him associating with all you cellar dwellers :p
My twin brother and I post from the same IP addresses frequently. We’ve even been traveling together in Thailand and Japan recently.

IP adresses alone wont cut it, plenty of collectives, universities, gov etc etc will appear to come from the same IP... Cookie inspection is problary part of the key identifier. So Younigue and hubby problary signed up from the same PC and same browser.. Is my guess.

You know, it's nice to see Boomerang so much more calm now that his Kenyan Nemesis is no longer in power.

Not in power. Just actively sabotaging the administration through his shadow government. I mean, he and the Dems are blocking appointments for positions before Trump has even nominated someone for them! :D

The Obama version :
"yes we can" "sing for unity" "sing for joy"

The Trump version (I will paraphrase here):
"fuck the immigrants" "fuck our allies" "fuck hillary" "fuck obama" "fuck the planet"

We got sort of a Jedi vs Sith going here. Anyone else have no problem picturing Trump as Vader ... a super dumb orange Vader but still a Vader? Ok maybe going into spaceballs territory here...

I still consider Cheney to be the epitome of Darth Vader. The Cheeto in Cheif is just to dense to play that role o_O

Cheney recently remarked that Russian meddling could be considered an act of war. He glossed over the fact that they were meddling on behalf of our current President-

I suppose that's just a minor point in the greater Repub scheme of things. Nothing, really, certainly not anything that even ruffles the feathers of their base's devotion to the Donald.

Republican leaders? They built this, this headset of mindless rage & discontent. They built it with lies, avarice & greed. They created the dias on which Trump stands.

Every day the Republicans hold the House, the Senate and the White House is a win day for me. Another day of winning and i'm still not tired of it.

you openly admit and are proud of putting party before country, even when they can't get anything done but complete chaos and destruction of our federal government, global standing and the foundation of our democracy.

greedy comrade.

Nope, no idolatry going on here...

Yes, it happens with Trump, too. But, only the intellectually dishonest claim it's just the other side.
Only the intellectually dishonest frame it as one side claiming only the other side does it, or that their side doesn't do it at all. Nobody says that. What people do say is that one side does it far, far more, which is supported by the evidence.

Nothing of the sort asshole. The Republicans are the best thing going for this country at this time. You just hate it because you're a left wing partisan authoritarian.

Of course. They're corrosive to the very foundations of Democracy.

Well, gerrymandering sure is. Both parties have practiced it, the GOP has just gotten really good at it. In my state (NH), they have worked really hard at the local level to develop a system of pushing ppl into City/Town councils, etc and then into the state congress. It really like a farm league system.

I'm not a left wing partisan, and yet I can see that the republicans are putting the donor class ahead of the average middle class American.

OK, let's say it's given you're not a partisan, i can see why you didn't deny being an asshole.
