Pound for pound, they are by far the most hated ISP to date: http://time.com/money/4163703/comcast-most-hated-internet-provider/
Come on Google Fiber!
Yet I'd GLADLY dump Wave Broadband for Comcast...
So you keep silent when the positive all runs out? LOlI love's to do me some bashin', but I'm far more positive towards them than negative.
Their service is rock solid at both our primary and secondary residences. I do hate talking to them on the phone although I had a pretty good experience last evening. I do love, and that is the correct term, the people at the local xfinity store. They are helpful, cheerful, and really seem to be looking out for the customer. I went in yesterday to pick up an X1 DVR and start up TV service for the four months we'll be down here and although I was fifth in line, I waited less than five minutes. They had every counter space manned up.
But see..they don't care so this title is worthless. They will hold it with pride in one hand as they shovel their money into their pockets with the other. This is how you knowcapitalismour government has failed us.
It's just inspiring to see a company so committed to their cause.Congratulations to the entire Comcast team on this achievement.
and theyre only gonna do it once so their next fuck up is on you
whoever let the tv company also run internet is a joke
they need to be kept seperate, so they can start competing against each other
Well, add me to the list of customer that they screw over. Somehow, after I paid my bill in full last month, a $10 fee was added. Shows up as an overdue amount and charged a $9.50 late fee on top of it. Call customer service and they admit it was a system error and as a "courtesy" they will do a "one time" removal of the late fee. So nice of them to fix their billing error on my behalf.
