exactly, his upload speed sucks. Thankfully I've got 1.2Mb upload despite the fact that my contract only lists 256Kb

you guys DO realize that 384 and under is more than enough for any game right?

Run a trace of games, you'll see they normally maintain a 192-240 kbs stream. That's all they need.
