Combine FS/FT and WTB into one category again?

The first page of the FS thread is already 3/4 full with the rules stickies and then scammers. How about opening up a separate thread for Tips, Tricks, Trolls a la Hardforum so we don't have to scroll down to see 5 FS threads after a dozen troll threads?

I vote no, it's too cluttered in FS as it is.

But, what's up with these folks who are reselling and constantly WTB the same stuff and keeping their thread on the first page and causing the little guys' threads to page 2 or even page 3?

Heck no. I love the 2 RSS feeds, and I love being able to search *JUST* FS threads instead of FS AND WTB threads.

This is already under discussion. Post a thread here in the suggestion box if you feel it deserves it's own topic and discussion here.

very good point maybe we should have a troll section instead of wtb...

I had this same poll in July.
Community voted 44 to 29 to merge them back together.

Why does it matter now?

Kind of late for damage control imho.

AT was #1 as being the safe and in place to hang and trade.
Now it's ok to hang. Trading has took a turn for the worse imho.

I still love AT and all the ppl but things changed for the bad~!

I voted yes, to make things easier to access. It's much easier to look through one forum, or have a trader have their items for sale and items wanted in one thread.

I also think we should make a Tips, Tricks, and Scammers forum instead, since almost the entire first page is about...well...tips, tricks, and scammers.

If you're looking to buy stuff, merge it back. You get way more hits.

If you're looking to sell stuff, keep it the way it is. The WTB section is nifty and well-organized, and you can sift through the threads easily to see which buyers might be interested in your items.

A month ago, I would have said Yes! in a heartbeat to merge the sections back. Now, I'm not so sure anymore.

The WTB section is growing on me, so I don't know why I picked yes in the poll.

We are trying to get everything sorted out. Changes take time and rarely ever give instantaneous results. Patience grasshopper.

you pretty much nailed it
it's alot more organized because of the split :thumbsup:
but when I place a wtb ad (now) I dont get as many hits on it anymore :thumbsdown:

I vote yes. I am sure that there are some sellers who never venture into the WTB area, and there are also sellers (like me ) who drag their feet on posting items FS. If it were all one category, a WTB thread is more likely to catch the eye of a seller with the desired (and unlisted) items than it is now.
