yeah they did..but it doesn't take long for some jerk to come on the server and light up nothing but fantastics and end a 45 kill free for all in 20 seconds. I'm still stuck with my default weapons trying to get some cash to get my SCAR back. It's not all that bad, I just hang out and wait for someone to get smoked, take their gun and then go do my thing.

I still run into at least one hacker every time I play. If it gets too egregious I just relocate. I rarely stay on the same server for more than one game anyway, because getting retards to press "Ready" is like pulling teeth.
I'm doing surprisingly well with an SR25 on the snowy map, usually having the most kills on my team. Maybe I'm just on the newbie servers, though. On some other maps, I love the Aug whenever I pick it up off someone 
Hacking isn't that bad of an issue now since the last patch. It was awful. Someone shoots themself in the foot and 4 people in the game die instantly. WTF???!!
I think its all good now though. :thumbsup:
Here's a tip: The fastest way to level up and make money is to play One Man Army, the bigger the game the better.

I'm in the same boat. I'm looking around the Nexon Forum now but nothing sticks out so I'll have to fine tooth it and hopefully there's a remedy in there somewhere.
Also, this black screen with the hand... wow, Complete Lockup. Can't Alt-Tab. Can't Ctrl Alt Del. Can't even Windows key it. It's been a long time since I've had to hard boot one of my boxes.

Edit - Okay I'm a dumb@ss. I turned off the firewall (Online gaming 101) but left Program Control turned on (High or Med (Zonealarm)). Works fine now.

Once you level up from Trainee to Recruit, you will be eligible to join a clan. Just apply to Team AT then.
Blood and shadows are locked for everyone I think. They are for me as well. I think that those are things to be implemented in future.

I know you can enable blood by changing the "gore" setting in the player.txt file (somewhere in the game's folders) from 0 to 1. As for shadows, I still can't figure that one out.
The game is fun enough, but the graphics could really use some work...and the animations are pretty bad (blocky movement, death animations don't take the terrain into account, etc).

Now I can get onto the login screen but when I put my Pass in, it says I lost connection to server and exists the game. My firewall was off..
I should try that "gore" setting. Thanks for that info.
The game really is fun. The graphics are mediocre but what do you expect from a FREE game?? I'm not too disappointed. Maybe they will improve it with time. :thumbsup:
At the top of the screen, you should see the Clan button (its the 3rd one). Then do a clan search for "Team AT". Then click apply.

Downloaded the game and created an account. What does this game compare to? I'm not too concerned about the mediocre graphics, but it sounds as if you guys are having fun, so I figure it's worth a shot. How's the in-game voice chat? I played a free FPS a while back that had brutal voice chat, so just wondering if this is any better.
Hopefully I'll have a chance to get on tonight.

There is no in game voice chat (at least not to my knowledge). I think in this situation, Ventrilo is the way to go. I was in another clan before and that is what they used.

I'd say it compares to something like Counter Strike or Call of Duty 4, but obviously not as good. I'd also say it's not as "realistic" or "tactical" as those games, but still has a similar feel.
It's still fun to play, though. Definitely a great game for being completely free.
