Color issues?

A graphics card screenshot won't show us what your monitor looks like. Does your friend have the Samsung 225BW?
 
no the 941bw it displays 1 higher resolution then mine tho 1440x1050 would that make the difference? i also noticed my text is real small and king of pixely.. it looks great on movies and other stuff.
 
His displays on 1680x1050.
It might make a difference. If you don't like the way the text looks there's always Clear Type.

And that screenshot isn't gonna tell us anything.
You would need an actual picture of the monitor.
 
It's probably just a difference of panel, that's all. Some ship with poor uniformity and others are great. It's unfortunate but that's the way it is.
