forgone conclusion. people have too much faith in inspectors. i mean really... think about how easy it would be to hide stuff from inspectors with no power
inspecting when the countries occupied when you have instant access to any and all sites and even homes is one thing, but inspecting at the wishes of the inspectee? funny stuff. was only a delaying tactic at best really.
as an iraqi, would you refuse if saddams jackboots came with some stuff to leave at your house? hehe
