BooksOnCampus is a free service that lets students at colleges contact each other to buy/sell textbooks. By cutting out the middleman (bookstore), the seller can get more money (average 2-3 times more) and the buyer can save more money (average 48%).

I don't know if I would trust a lazy college kid to sell me his/her book.... might take too long I would be afraid.

Oh and Wayne State College is actually Wayne State University

yes, I'm certainly interested. PMing you now. Also, added Wayne State University... seems like there's both a college and a university.

How can i trust this site?

If you're worried about money, just buy and sell on campus. We stay out of those... you just meet the other person on campus and swap book for cash. As a seller or as a buyer you always have the option to just do on-campus stuff.

I already bought most of my books for this semester about 6 months ago (fruits of planning ahead and relatives visiting India :) ) but I will promote the site to my friends.

Johnson State College (and maybe the other Vermont state schools) would be cool if added too. :)
