Ok professional, you use a bladed weapon, I'll use 2 handguns w/ 1 in each hand. Just don't cry when your body have little holes in it.

How ya gonna shoot when your hands are chopped off, skipper?

Yep and I usually leave a few cents for poor service just so they know that I didn't forget the tip.

You have to write something on the bill and leave the few cents on top of it if this is your plan. Otherwise some 17 year old self entitled bitch is going to think you were just an asshole when in fact she should choose a different profession if she doesn't improve her skills.

You have no idea what you're talking about. They get paid minimum wage no matter what. It's federal law.

You sure about that?

The federal minimum wage on Friday rose to $7.25 from $6.55. But only seven states guarantee tipped workers the minimum wage, according to a report by the National Employment Law Project, a New York-based advocacy group for low-income workers.

The minimum wage for so-called "tipped" workers has been frozen at $2.13 an hour since 1991, the report found.

You are wrong. Sorry.

You're wrong.

Exceptions to Minimum Wage - Tips
An employer of an employer who receives tips is required to pay $2.13 an hour in wages if that amount plus the tips received equals at least the federal minimum wage, the employee retains all tips and the employee customarily and regularly receives more than $30 a month in tips. If an employee's tips combined with the employer's direct wages of at least $2.13 an hour do not equal the federal minimum hourly wage, the employer must make up the difference.

I'd link the DoL's site, but it won't open for some reason.

unfortunately a server is really not expected to be paid only minimum wage in most cases. However; many feel a tip in unneccessary because of this law.

Same with how many equate high food prices with leaving less of a tip.
