Yeah. The Bronx has nothing on Brooklyn. It goes from Classy to Detroit in 1 second. The worst areas in The Bronx is at least as good as the working class areas of Brooklyn.

they're all clustered in the west part of bk. by manhattan. bay ridge, brooklyn heights, park slope, dumbo, etc.
anywhere else is just asking to be mugged or shot.

the bronx really just has riverdale
 
Sheepshead bay is a nice hood, but there's a projects there as well. Mostly russian these days...love the girls, but damn they smoke so much it's ridiculous.

btw I'm loving this thread. can we change it to "real talk nyc?" 😛

Yet you continue to live in the Bronx, and are apparently looking to buy a coop there.

I hate to state the obvious, but perhaps it's time to move to say, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau, NJ... i.e. anywhere but the Bronx. Hell, Mount Vernon and Yonkers are a dream compared to the Bronx.

The original post linked the term "savages" with african americans, or "black people", if you will. It has since then been edited.

Using the term savages, as such by doppel, only when in relation to events as described here, is now a bannable offense.

i don't think the word can be used at all to describe anything.

would be good to put it on the censored words list and then some newbs who come along won't be taken by surprise when using the word.
