Just saw the movie on dvd and I agree with you, it sucked horribly. Everything up to the climax was ok, but afterwards, the movie went on a crashing dive. I didn't think that part was believeable, that Tom Cruise can shoot the asian guy without being noticed by the FBI or LAPD.

It was that, and everything else.
the whole movie was just boring and un-enjoyable... one of the worst i have seen easily in the last little while..

dude, i don't need to prove anything, it was just BORING.
i literally almost left the theater, the movie was just crap, that's all I have to say...
I'm shocked so many ppl like it... not good at all.

Chalk-up another "surprisingly good" right here. It was, in fact, really, really good. The scene in the alley and the club scene were two of the best action movie scenes in recent memory. (a propos, the club scene in "Vanilla Sky" was also really good (Tom Cruise again))

The sound on that movie is so great when he shoots his gun with my home theater system. I wish all movies where the same.
