he failed to use a burr gringer!! those spinning things don't gind evenly for a good brew.

eh, i've used manual filtering like that in a hitch if idon't have a french press pot or something.. one can make do with a drip by only using its filter ability.

A friend as started roasting his own beans using a stainless steel bowl and heat gun.

Personally I like setting the timer to brew up my coffee at 6:30 exactly.
