Just got an email from codemasters saying they've had a hack incident. Mentioned something along the lines of bunch of your private account info taken but no payment data was.

Now I just have to remember what dealings I've had with codemasters.
 
That's what I was thinking when trying to figure out which service it was.


Now I'm going to have to try and remember my login for that though...so I can change it. 🙂
 
I think it's time for companies step up to the plate and offer some form of free 3rd party authentication system [RSA SecurID software, cell phone text message, etc]. This is getting to be ridiculous...
 
citibank lost 200000 customer private info to hackers recently too. enjoy the internet while you can, because i think theres going to be sweeping changes soon and everything we do will be a lot more tedious.
 
Lot of hacking in the news lately. No venue is safe it seems. Time to go back to cash and pre-Internet days
 
Internet revolution is happening, time to burn computers on a global scale and live again as it was before it was invented. Ah, such is life, we have to adapt!
 
Whoever hacked Codemasters & Epic have mucked up their ABC's. They should have started with Activision-Blizzard before moving onto C etc.
