How so? They give you elements. The periodic table gives you their symbols, O, C, H, K and the method tells you to "mix" them. Well, obviously if you mix them, you get HOCK, the only word that can be made from all 4 of those letters, and the password to the next level.

for level 5, i made a excel spreadsheet to count frequency and replace the most frequent letters. after replacing the 6 most frequent letters it was readable.

 
stuck on 9. i got the translation or whatever from the cipher, but i dont know what to do with the clue.

Yeah same here.. took out the "e" to make it work tho. Now WTF do we do? I'm clueless
