I think you have to convert 101 from Binary to something (maybe decimal) and then convert it using Roman numerals?

Maybe, maybe not. I haven't looked at it that long, but he has given us "frequency" and "caesar."

Yeah, sorry, I wasn't thinking straight when I wrote that. Keep searching for different types of Ciphers.
