I'm not a camper all the time but if I feel I need to hold an area or I decide I want to wait for someone and see how many times I can get him to die coming to the same spot I will at times. And I have to say in this game there are many places to camp possibly more so than any other call of duty game IMO.

0 matches found... only thing i get in is a lobby with one other person named 'Matched Player'

I wonder if they think im a hacker because i tried several times to run the game with RadeonPro, so now even though I disabled it, Activision has me on a hack list so now ill never be able to play on regular servers.

Doubt it. Trying repairing your local files.

You probably encountered a bug if you can't find a match.

And yes Black Ops 2 is a much more polished piece of software.

As far as showing FPS download FRAPS.

My memory... I have 8gig but when I bought Ghost it said I didn't have 6 available. My windows is hogging it all up... I think it allocated itself 4gig last time I looked.

You should see what is running in the background. I have a separate 4770 non K box for gaming and 8.1 uses around 1.5GB or so. Nothing in the background. And actually, the game does use 4 threads. In game the load hovers around 3.7GHz all cores or 3.8GHz peaks. GPU usage is more or less 60% peaking @ 1228MHz boost.

this is a joke still havent gotten into a game

really just want a refund at this point

think i can get one if I have zero time actually in the game?

I haven't really played COD games since Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare but I am tempted to get this one, it looks well done and really fun. Too bad there is no mod support and I think they do not allow for private/clan servers..

private clan servers? bro they dont even have the crappy "dedicated" servers Black Ops 2 had. it's all peer 2 peer matchmaking.

finally got in a couple games and the thing runs like crap for how it looks as well. Looks just about the same as Black Ops 2 yet runs far worse. if I could go back in time I wouldnt buy the game, thats how Im feeling right now. game needs some polishing.

You didn't buy the $9.99 motion blur DLC? So disappointed with you futurefields.

There is motion blur, watch Totalbiscuit AW port report video. Maybe you need to play with settings for it to show up?

Do you guys have a Motion BLur setting in your menu?

according to this guy there is one http://in2gpu.com/2014/11/03/call-duty-advanced-warfare-performance-guide/

but I dont have the option in my menu

Yes, scroll down in advanced video settings.

I have a suspicion that CoD is running out of ideas now. Both Battlefield and CoD have had the requisite exploding ships, car chases and exploding cars, train BOOM in both, planes/tanks in both, skyscrapers/city sections, CoD now went into a glacier (!) - what next? Is there anything left to blow up into ashes?

I'm enjoying it. It's the first COD I've bought in a couple years so I decided what they heck, lets go for it. Performance is good, though it does love some VRAM with the settings cranked. At 1080p with the caching options enabled 1xSMAA super samplilng off and everything else maxed/on it's using about 2.5GB on my 7970. Performance is good though.

I was running into the ping issue last night and it was getting incredibly frustrating. I really wish they'd figure out dedicated servers for PC, and soon.

There's nothing to figure out, they know how to do it, they've done it before they just don't want to. I'm with you though, I wish it had dedicated servers. I liked the way COD4 and the BO1 did it.

I have a 3gb card, on the adv options screen it says my card has 2595 ram is this normal behavior?

We are not a technical support forum, FF. Asking the same question over and over will not get you an answer, it will just annoy people and cause them to ignore you. Reach out to Sledgehammer games if you want an actual answer, or post on reddit since the target base is much larger than ATPCG. I'm showing like 3996 or something close to that for my 4GB card.

bro it took you forever to write that

im not tryin to register a million different forums

this is an AW thread

buncha people have the game, and similar card as me

its a quick and easy thing to check

quit trying to tell me what questions i cant ask here

TBH, it's one thing to ask a question ONCE. When you've asked the SAME QUESTION in the SAME THREAD in MULTIPLE POSTS, it's kind of annoying (you asked about MSAA at least three times, you've asked about the VRAM issue at least twice, you've posted about the matchmaking deal God knows how many times).

Is there some rule of law in the forums that prohibits you from doing this? Maybe not. Is there some rule of law that prohibits us from asking you to stop? No. 🙂

This, and it's not like registering on Reddit is that hard - and again, their user base is MUCH larger than ATPCG.
