Deadlift: 1x2 @ 425 lbs
Speed deadlift (70&#37😉: 3x3 @ 350 lbs

Felt sluggish, meh. Got it up.

Power shrugs : 3x5 @ 295 lbs
Stiff-leg deadlift: 3x5x235
Bent over row: 3x5x235
Underhand cable row: 3x5x170
Arched back good morning: 3x5x175

I'm pooped. Hate working out close to when I wake up.
