Mercury that occurs naturally in crude oil and natural can't be part of the issue in Texas right?
There is a difference between mercury in oil, and mercury in coal vapors that come down in rain water.
A recent study from fish samples from all over the world, says mercury is polluting fish in all corners of the world. Oil is not found "everywhere" in the world.
As coal use is increased by counties like china, mercury is only going to get worse. Its going to get to the point where we can not eat the fish.
