Nah, they took down the counter yesterday from their broadcast. Where did I indicate it was a conspiracy? Or are you projecting?

Its interesting because its been up there mostly all the time for the last 10 months, and I dont know what it indicates. Just curious why they decided to take it down (from their broadcasts).

Now that it's political purpose is done, the ticker is also done since there is no need for the public to know if the "good guys" are doing substantially better than their predecessor.

Now, this might be just a one time thing. If for a prolonged period the ticker is gone, then it is clear the news no longer wants the numbers to trigger the public anymore. .

Has there been a ticker on screen? I watched the election, insurrection and inauguration on CNN and I don't recall a tracker ever being prominent and continuously on the screen.
