Verizon assholes gave up about their clients. Now, don't get me wrong. If they did it, then they need to pay the penalty if caught. But I just hate Verizon period.
Verizon even appealed the first ruling and the appeal got rejected. Don't get me wrong, I work with verizon enough to despise them, but I think the number of isps who would have taken it that far is small.

Well, you have a point. But I don't think that company can come close to having the number of redeeming qualities that it would take for them to earn anything more than my haphazard slander every now and again.

You've agreed to their terms and conditions. What's there to complain about? Just because you're not getting your way? Ohh puleeeez

If your local BlockBuster doesn't have Mullholland Drive, go to another BlockBuster. I have about 3 or 4 BlockBusters I can drive to if I wanted to rent a movie.

So I was doing 75mph in a 55mph zone last week and I get a ticket in the mail today. Apparently, they hit me with one of those hidden cams that take a picture of your license plate when you're speeding. SCREW YOU COPS! What's next, the IRS will catch me cheating on my taxes? SCREW YOU IRS! I suppose if my neighbor catches me stealing his newspaper off his porch, he'll be mad about it and ask me to stop. SCREW YOU NEIGHBOR!
Wow. Thank you. Seriously. So many people seem so unable to grasp that simple concept. I think it's all the media brainwashing of late.
steal: v

1. To take (the property of another) without right or permission.

That pretty much is the implicit concept or spirit of stealing music or movies. While theft of copyrighted material doesn't 'technically' meet the physical criterion of theft, it is every bit the same in spirit and concept:
Idiom (steal):

To use, appropriate, or preempt the use of another's idea, especially to one's own advantage and without consent by the originator.
Everything I need to know I learned in Kindergarten:

1. Share
2. Play fairly
3. Do not take things that don't belong to me
4. Don't hit people
5. Clean up after yourself
6. .......etc.

It's not stealing or theft. It's unlawful copying. Stealing and theft are defined explicitly with the removal of property, not making a digital copy. He's breaking copyright laws, not stealing.
