Liberals here demand smoking gun proof for every opinion a conservative makes public while just assuming every one of their own is 100% factual then acting like you're an idiot for not sharing it.

One of your major drawbacks is that you seem to think if someone is not a Right Wing radical, they are automatically a Liberal.

Very narrow mindset.

He who is insensitive to the indigenous peoples of the north is a liberal. Who else am I talking about? Who have I called a liberal that isn't one?

Probably half the people on the forums, but you do not seem to know any better.

Do you think I was calling half the people on the forums here a liberal?

You do on a regular basis if they are or not. But you are too STUPID, as you have probably referred to me dozens of times lately, to realize everything in the world is not black and white.

Any examples? Do you feel so inadequate that you have to call me names?

Bottom line, their candidate is under criminal investigation by the FBI and they want to act like this is no big deal.

It certainly didn't start out as a criminal investigation although it's often characterized as such.

This is how the FBI became involved-

https://oig.state.gov/system/files/...ng_review_of_clintons_emails_july_24_2015.pdf

It also seems clear that Clinton herself has not been a target of the investigation-

http://www.dailynewsbin.com/news/fb...inton-is-not-a-target-of-investigation/22127/

Whoever put classified information onto the internet & into her server may well be.

I see, I thought you were referring to how many times you have called me stupid lately.

Liberal is on your business card, why does that need to be mentioned.
Yeah we were talking about liberals at first so that is what I thought we were still talking about. I did make a comment about the only way you could think her server wasn't hacked. If you think it wasn't hacked you could still be a hack and not stupid.

The amazing thing about right wing conspiracy theorists is that they always believe their opinion is based on evidence rather than the innuendo & accusation wrapped around it. It's all in the attitude with which they approach information & they apparently really enjoy getting a good mind fucking.

“There is simply no doubt that the FBI is going to recommend a series of charges to Attorney General Lynch,” he insisted.

DiGenova said he has been speaking with former FBI, Secret Service and intelligence people about the case.

“Based on the information they have secured from their brothers and sisters in the law enforcement community, there is unanimity on the fact that charges are going to be recommended by the FBI,” he said.

Incoming source attacks and claims of false innuendo. Pretty muscular defense. The sad part is there are so many good choices for the Dems. Of course we don't have certainty because the FBI is being responsible. The sad part is even with all of her blatant lies (sniper fire anyone?) people still think she is a clean choice.

Just because you admit your sources are shit doesn't mean people can't call your source shit.

Corsi, DiGenova & World Nut Daily. That's a triple crown of conspiracy theory.

Now we're getting somewhere! So to protect Clinton we are now looking for someone to take the fall on her behalf. Maybe that's why those entangled in this fiasco are pleading the 5th like it is going out of style. Who will be the first to break?

The server should never have existed in the first place.

That's not really how it works. I strongly suspect neither of us were in charge of setting up email systems, especially unclas ones that happened to inadvertently carry some classified information.

It's a stupid comparison. I imagine the information he handled was like the information I handled. Clearly and unambiguously marked. It has nothing to do with this. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
Inadvertently? So you're taking the "Hillary is honest but stupid" defense. Apparently she is so stupid that even after emails were officially identified as classified, she committed no offense in giving a copy to her lawyer because no one explained it in a way she could understand.

Evidently we need a "Dick and Jane handle classified documents" book for children and Democrat Presidential nominees.

This is straight from the DNC document at the bottom of this article.

One is noted with emphasis. Just a taste of things to come.
lol Pretty simple policy: Take the graft, lie about it until out of office, and destroy any incriminating evidence.

Agreed. But when we talk about indictment, we can't dismiss the similarity with the Bushies' RNC servers. All the Hildabeast did was take that up a few notches to put everything beyond discovery.

While I have no doubt that there are strong forces within the FBI who believe charges will be put forth, I will be amazed if that is the case. Political corruption is seldom prosecuted unless a quid pro quo can be established. In this case, Hillary has destroyed all the evidence. Therefore evidence requires that there was a formal quid pro quo, that evidence of such was committed to text, and that the FBI is able to recover that evidence. I doubt any of those are true.

And a return to assertions that are obviously false. If Clinton had destroyed all the evidence there would be no investigation.

If you're claiming that's the sequence, you'll need a source to back it up. I don't think you can do that.

If classified information lands in your inbox, are you responsible?

I think you could use one of those. We've discussed classified information before and you made it abundantly clear that you have no experience or knowledge about it. That doesn't seem to stop you though, as you still seem to believe you're the expert on everything! ;)
